Alas, there is help out there to help us function in our daily life, and the help is pretty cute . Service Dogs can be just what we need in our lives! Dogs are truly our comfort, our heart, and they can be our helpers.
Service dogs can be a valuable asset for members of the disabled community who want to maintain their independence. Service Dogs are able to retrieve dropped items, give support when falls occur, turn on/off lights and many other tasks. Up to 40 different tasks! They not only give physical support, but also emotional support. Being disabled can be very lonely at times, and a Service Dog can provide unconditional love and companionship.
I have become very interested in the possibility of getting a Service Dog myself. If my disability worsens and makes everyday life exhausting, I will definelely seek out their help and unconditional love.
